This is a p photograph of my mother Helen Tuttle (Fargo) and aunt Elizabeth Tuttle (Smoot) taken at the Boardwalk in approximately 1937. They lived in Colusa in the Sacramento Valley and came to Santa Cruz every summer to get away from the Valley heat.
