Family Carousel, 1978

I have been riding the Looff carousel my whole life! When I was a little girl, seen here riding with my grandma, there was a row of zebras and they were my favorites. My extended family met at the Boardwalk for a weekend reunion every summer of my childhood. My brother and I have carried on the tradition together with our families, and we ALWAYS ride the carousel, outside horses, please. There’s something magical about it, and I never ride it without feeling gratitude to the Boardwalk for preserving its beauty, charm, and history. Thank you!
